Detention & Prison visits.
Due to unforseen circumstances, a second jail or prison visit may be necessary. Your payment includes 2 attempts for jail visitation of any client.
When the notary goes to the facility and is refused entry for any reason from the jail, that is considered a visit. The charge for the visit is for mileage and wait time. A second visit is granted with your fee and a second denial will be considered full payment with or without signature.
